Book Review: The Berenstain Bears' New Baby

I really think I should start reading more grown-up books. Heh. So, today I'm going back to the beginning. This was the first Berenstain Bears book, I think.

*SPOILER ALERT*

I think this was the first one that I read. I loved the illustrations, especially the porridge they eat at bearkfast, before they "wash it down with a gulp of honey from the family honey pot". They have a family honey pot! How cool! It's an amazing book, granted, but I do have a few....doubts, shall we call them? So, first of all, why does Small Bear turn into Brother Bear in the next books? Why does Small Bear NOT realize that his mother is nine months pregnant? How can you just walk into the forest and chop down a humongous tree, just to BUILD YOUR OWN BED? Ah, well. Questions are questions. They can't all be answered. But seriously. I really liked this book and you should definetely read it if you get the chance.
SMELLY SOCKS
Why is the word abbreviates so long?
THank you, FRAS.
