Chaos

Okay, so first of all, I didn't blog for the last week because I was doing overly important stuff related to going back to school and other time consuming things I forgot.

WHAT DOES 'NYET' MEAN, QUESTA?

Somebody decided to go and block off the roads so school has been canceled for 2 whole days (and hopefully maybe more!).
I am reading Mockingjay and I won't say I hate it. Yet.
5 Pages Later:
I hate it. Officially. But I will still read it.
I finished Half Moon Investigations yesterday. Eoin Colfer never disappoints.
BUT WAIT! There is bad news.
I have homework. Of course, you'd think that on the first day back at school, they wouldn't give you homework. But no.
I have been given a list of words that come from Greek mythology and that are still in use today. So of course, I have to do a bunch of Wikipedia-ing and Wiktionary-ing to find out what they meant and what they mean now.
Take chaos. A seemingly simple word. Khaos was the Greek goddess of nothingness, basically. She was what existed before the gods and celestial beings came into being.
So' chaos' was used to signify an empty space, or a gap or abyss.
Somewhere along the way, In medieval England, someone misunderstood what it meant and that's why we use it to indicate confusion today.
I hate literature.
